Ingredients
- tomatoes, 1/4-inch thick slices or cherry tomatoes if skewering
- fresh mozzarella 1/4-inch thick slices or bocconcini mozzarella if skewering
- 20 to 30 leaves fresh basil
- extra-virgin olive oil
- coarse salt and pepper
Directions
Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella, adding a basil leaf between each. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste. If skewering, it’s pretty self explanatory lol
